Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments outside of the 24 hours as necessary. If you need to contact us, please use our contact submission form. *PLEASE, do not DM through social media or use our personal numbers unless given permission from your barber.* If you are late or no-show a scheduled appointment this will result in a 100% fee of scheduled appointment price. Two cancellations in less than a 24 hour period will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and we reserve the right to refuse future services to the client.

NO SHOWS

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without canceling it online, or without first contacting us by way of contact submission form, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure that we deliver the best possible service and customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) ensures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your services. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

  • COBC does not have a shop phone. Please use our contact submission form to contact us. We want to focus 100% on the client in our chair. Our availability, cancelation policy and answers to questions can be found on our site.

  • Unfortunately too many people book appointments that they don't intend on showing up for. If you no call no show or cancel last minute you will be charged 100% of your service. If for some reason your card is declined, you will be expected to pay 100% of the service you missed the next time you come in.

    Through our automated system, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you have an emergency please reach out to us through email so we can assist you further.

  • While we have 50 years of combined experience at COBC we feel we're at our best offering all types of barber services. If your goal with your haircut is a trendy long hair style we are probably not the place for you. If you want a textured, precision short cut, then we can help!

  • For kids over 12, we do not offer a kids haircut price. Service is subject to our cancellation policy if child is screaming, kicking or can not sit still.
